LIMA Japan Summer Networking Reception 2011

日頃よりLIMAジャパンの活動にご理解ならびにご協力いただき厚く感謝申し上げます。

今般、7月7日(木）〜9日（土）LIMAがセミナー特別協力の「ライセンシングジャパン」会期中に、LIMAインターナショナル代表 チャールズ・ Ｍ・リオットが来日することとなりました。リオット氏の来日に伴い、LIMAジャパンは下記の通り「サマーネットワーキング・レセプション」を開催いたします。

今回のレセプションは、LIMA会員以外にも幅広く、コンテンツビジネスやライセンス商品メーカーなどの関係者との交流を目的としています。

なお、当日、東日本大震災の募金活動のため、チャリティーボックスを設置させていただきます。 また、6月にラスベガスで行われる「ライセンシング・エクスポ2011」の様子を写真を通じて、ご報告させていただきます。

つきましては是非皆様にもご出席いただきたくご案内申し上げます。

■参加費：LIMA会員（国内外）：¥6,000　その他の方：¥7,500 （立食ビュッフェ、2時間飲み放題付）
なお7月4日（月）午後6時以降のキャンセルやご連絡のないキャンセル、また当日欠席につきましては、参加費のご請求書をお送りさせて頂きます。

■参加の支払い方法：(1)当日現金にて　(2)PayPal（ペイパル）メール決済サービスを通じてクレジットカード決済　※オンライン申し込みの際、支払い方法を選んで下さい。
※当日会場受付にて現金でお支払いの方はおつりのない様、ご協力ください。参加者全員の会社名宛の領収書を発行いたします。

Dear LIMA Members and Licensing Industry colleagues,

LIMA Japan will host a Summer Networking Reception during the Licensing Japan trade show (7th to 9th July at Tokyo Big Sight www.licensing-japan.jp). LIMA Japan is the Official Education Provider for Licensing Japan and will run a comprehensive series of seminars on licensing. Mr. Charles Riotto, President of LIMA will visit Tokyo to conduct the first seminar.

Charles will also be present at the networking reception and we encourage you all to join us for an early summer's evening of networking with fellow industry colleagues. This will be an ideal opportunity to meet Charles in a relaxed atmosphere and exchange views on licensing matters. The reception is open to non-LIMA members so we encourage you to forward this notice on to your licensing and related-industry colleagues and associates (e.g. manufacturers, advertising agencies, etc.).

*Date and Time: Thursday 7th July 2011. From 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. (Reception desk open from 6.30 p.m.)

*Venue & Access: Chao Meng Lai Chinese Restaurant (in Japanese "潮夢来") Nippon TV Tower, 1F, 1-6-1 Higashi-Shimbashi, Minato-ku, Tokyo 105-7401 Map

Arriving from Tokyo Big Sight: Shimbashi Station (Yurikamome Line): 3 minutes walk

Arriving from all other directions: Shimbashi Station (JR): 5 minutes walk from the Shin-Shiodome exit (新汐留口)

Shimbashi Station (Toei Asakusa Line): 5 minutes walk Shimbashi Station (Metro Ginza Line): 7 minutes walk Shiodome Station (Toei Oedo Line): 5 minutes walk

*Capacity: 100 (First-come-first-served basis; bookings will be closed upon reaching maximum capacity)

*Cost: LIMA Members (Japan and overseas): ¥6,000 Others: ¥7,500 (Full standing buffet and free drinks).

Billing will be enforced in the following circumstances: 1) Any cancellations after 6 p.m., Monday 4th July. 2) Cancellations not communicated to LIMA Japan. 3) No shows.

*How to apply: Online applications accepted

*Payment: Choose either of the following payment methods online: 1) In cash on the day. (Please endeavor to bring the correct amount as we will only have a limited change float). 2) Credit Card via PayPal. (Credit cards are not accepted on the day). Receipts in your company name will be issued.
